PT Paramitra Media Interaktif (PMI) was established based on certificate No.118 dated 27 December 2013, written in presence of Hannywati Gunawan S.H. as notary in Jakarta. The deed of establishment was authorized by Minister of Justice and Human Rights of Republic of Indonesia by way of decree No.AHU-03026.AH.01.01 dated 21 January 2014
