As a form of commitment and compliance in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) as mandated in Law no. 40 of 2007, PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (“Company”) has always been actively involved in the implementation of CSR through various activities carried out in a sustainable manner by the Company. The Company realizes that the sustainability of the Company's activities and business activities cannot be separated from the support of various parties and is a reciprocal relationship with various levels of society to achieve mutual benefits that will continue to have an impact on the wider community and for future generations.

Focus and Activities

In general, CSR can be divided into 4 (four) programs which are the main focus and guidelines for the Company in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility. The program includes:

  1. Environment.
  2. Employment practices, occupational health, and safety.
  3. Social and community development.
  4. Product and/or service responsibilities.

DKI Jakarta

The company provides support to the government and affected communities by distributing aid through the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Health Office in the form of 85 oxygen cylinders and 5,000 pcs of PPE in the form of hazardous materials (hazmat) clothes to protect officers and the public from the transmission of Covid-19.

The Company in collaboration with the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) provided CSR in the form of 25 oxygen cylinders with delivery locations at the TNI Refueling Station (SPBT) of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia.

Banten

In 2021, the Company provided Covid-19 assistance through the Health Office and the General Section of the Tangerang Regency Regional Secretary in the form of 500 pcs of PPE hazmat and a total of 1,590 bottles of hand sanitizer. The company also provided Covid-19 assistance to the Tangerang City Government and the public through the Health Office in the form of 20 oxygen cylinders.

West Java

The Company cooperates with several Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), including the Bekasi City Government BPBD by providing CSR in the form of 20 oxygen cylinders, Bogor City Government BPBD by providing CSR in the form of 10 oxygen cylinders, Cimahi City Government BPBD by providing CSR in the form of 500 pcs Hazmat PPE and 1,590 bottles of hand sanitizer. In addition, the Company also cooperates with the Bandung City Regional General Hospital (RSUD) by providing CSR in the form of 25 oxygen cylinders to protect officers and the public from the transmission of Covid-19.

East Java

The company provided 1000 pcs of PPE Hazmat, 2000 masks, and 1970 bottles of hand sanitizer, through PTSP Kab. Sidoarjo. For Gresik Regency, the Company provided assistance in the form of 2 units of Platoon Tents. In addition, the Company collaborated with the Surabaya City Government to provide assistance for 3000 hand sanitizers, 200 pcs of PPE Hazmat, and 10,000 masks to be distributed to the surrounding community to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in the East Java Area.

Bali

In collaboration with the Mangusada Badung Hospital, the Company provided support in the form of 50 oxygen cylinders to the community to cope with Covid-19. In addition, the Company also cooperates with the Sanjiwani Hospital in Gianyar by providing assistance with 30 oxygen cylinders.

CSR 2020

Throughout 2020, the Company allocated investment funds for the surrounding community amounting to Rp440,930,062. The funds are channeled through several Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities that are aligned with the support of the government's efforts to achieve Sustainable Development Goals.

The Company collaborates with several institutions such as Dompet Dhuafa, Rumah Zakat, and the Buddhist Tzu Chi Indonesia Foundation to distribute assistance to communities in the DKI Jakarta area, especially for victims negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the field of education, the Company provides 40 units of cellular phone facilities to students in Surakarta City. This facility is provided to support learning activities that are currently being implemented in online learning systems (online).

In addition, in the same year, the Company carried out paving at the Fort Vastenberg Surakarta courtyard which is a cultural/historical location in Indonesia.

Procurement of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)

As a form of the Company's commitment and continuing its CSR activities in 2018, the Company continues to assist local governments by contributing in the form of output monitoring through the procurement of CCTV in the context of implementing the Microcell Pole (“MCP”) development project in DKI Jakarta and several other big cities on Java Island.

Heartfelt Visit to Elsafan Foundation

On May 18, 2019, the Company made a heartfelt visit to the Elsafan Foundation to help blind children in their daily activities. Donations were given in the form of staple foods as well as money to the Elsafan Foundation which has contributed to looking after and caring for blind children.

Donations of Orphans and Sacrificial Animals in the Context of Eid al-Adha

In commemoration of Eid al-Adha 1440H, on August 10 2019 the Company donated 1 (one) cow to Al-Ikhsan Mosque in Penjaringan, North Jakarta. As a sign of love, at the event, the Company also distributed support in the form of donations to orphans and air conditioners (AC) to the Al-Iksan Mosque.

PROCUREMENT OF CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (“CCTV”)

As a form of commitment, the Company continuously contributes to monitoring output through the procurement of CCTV in the context of implementing the Microcell Pole (MCP) construction project carried out by the Company.

CSR ACTIVITIES FOR THE BALI TOWER ANNIVERSARY

In commemoration of the 10th (ten) year anniversary of the Company, the Company carried out a series of activities in the form of CSR as a form of gratitude as well as the Company's responsibility in carrying out its business activities. The series of events include:

  • Outstanding student scholarships
  • Donations to nursing homes
  • Concern for the environment (beach cleanliness)

SERVER PROCUREMENT

In 2017, the Company contributed to the Semarang City Government through the provision of servers in the context of implementing the CSR program which was submitted on April 11, 2017.

PAVINGIZATION AND PAINTING OF SURAKARTA CITY MARKS

The Company in collaboration with the Government of Surakarta City carried out paving activities and painting road markings in the Vastenburg Fort area as a form of participation in CSR activities for the community and the Surakarta City Government. This CSR program was conducted in June 2017.

ASMAUL HUSNA NEON BOX PROCUREMENT, SUKABUMI CITY

In July 2017, the Company provided 23 units of Asmaul Husna neon boxes as a form of the Company's commitment to implementing CSR programs and as a form of support to the Sukabumi City Government.

BALI TOWER CARE FOR REFUGEES OF MOUNT AGUNG

In connection with the eruption of Mount Agung in Tirta Village, Bali, as a form of concern for the Mount Agung refugee community, the Company contributed and paid attention in the form of assistance in the form of basic materials, medicines, and various other equipment and equipment to the refugees from the eruption disaster. Holy mountain. This activity is the implementation of the CSR program implemented by the Company on October 7, 2017.

PROCUREMENT OF CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV)

Continuing the program that had been implemented in the previous year, the Company again continuously contributed output monitoring through the procurement of CCTV in various regions in Indonesia in the context of expanding the micro-cell pole construction project undertaken by the Company. The areas that have been installed with CCTV are DKI Jakarta, Pekalongan, Sukabumi, Surakarta, Sleman, and Bantul.

PROCUREMENT OF DECORATIVE LIGHTS IN PEKALONGAN CITY

As a form of the Company's commitment and support to the Pekalongan City Government, on November 17, 2016, the Company provided 30 units of Light Emitting Diode (LED) decorative lights to the Pekalongan City Government.

On January 30, 2015, the Company held a social action in the form of blood donation in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). This blood donation activity was carried out at the Company's Office located in Bali.

PROCUREMENT OF DAMAR KURUNG LAMP ORNAMENTS IN GRESIK

As support to the Gresik Regency Government, the Company provides Gresik characteristic lamp ornaments, namely damar brackets on all existing public street lighting on 3 (three) roads, namely along Jalan Veteran, Jalan Kartini, Jalan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo a total of 234 (two hundred and thirty-four) points.

COMPUTER PROCUREMENT FOR ANIMATION AND GRAPHICS LABORATORY

On December 10, 2015, the Company officially provided a number of computers for the Animation and Graphics Laboratory to the Pekalongan City Government as a form of CSR activity in the development of the Animation and Graphics Laboratory of Pekalongan City.

BLOOD DONOR SOCIAL ACTION

On January 25, 2014, the Company held a social action of blood donation with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) which was held at the Company's office located in Bali.

PROCUREMENT OF CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV)

As a first step in supporting the development of the microcell pole, in December 2014 the Company carried out a CSR program for the DKI Jakarta Government in the form of monitoring output through the procurement of hundreds of CCTV units which were installed at several points along with the construction of the microcell pole. Some of the CCTV installation points that have been implemented include Pegangsaaan, Lenteng Agung, Kebon Sirih, Penjaringan, Gunung Sahari, Bukit Duri, and Pasar Baru.
