Responsibilities:
  • Perform Lead network troubleshooting (transmission, core fo and power electirical) and make improvements plan to maintain network performance and network availability as well
  • Ensure TT handling process can run quickly and according to SLA target.
  • Join troubleshoot and escort tenant.
  • Create daily report activity and troubleshooting. Report to Supervisor.
  • Coordinate and cooperate well between FOP teams for work handover process to next teams.
  • HO Process with external and internal third Party
Requirements:
  • Education D3 Department Telecommunication / Electrical / informatics / electric
  • Minimum 1 year experience in telecommunication / Electrical ( ISP Provider )
  • Having very good knowledge in basic networking and Core management FO
  • Have SIM A and SIM C
  • Have a vehicle (motorcycle)
