Telecommunications tower infrastructure provider, PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (BALI) held a Public Expose on Wednesday 23 November 2022, in the framework of the Public Offering of Bali Towerindo Sentra's 2022 Sustainable Sukuk Ijarah I with a total target fund of Rp. 2 trillion.

 

In the offering of this Sustainable Sukuk Ijarah, the Company will issue Phase I of 2022 Bali Towerindo Sentra Sustainable Sukuk Ijarah I with a maximum remaining ijarah fee of IDR 500 billion.

 

This Sukuk Ijarah is issued scrip-free, except for the Jumbo Sukuk Ijarah Certificate issued on behalf of the Indonesian Central Securities Depository Company (KSEI) as proof of ownership of Sharia Securities for the benefit of the Sukuk Ijarah Holders.
