PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (BALI) will distribute dividends of IDR 122.56 billion or IDR 31.15 per share. This is according to the decision of the company's annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) on July 1, 2022. 

In an information disclosure, Tuesday (5/7/2022), the AGMS approved the use of a portion of the company's net profit for the financial year ending December 31, 2021 for the Company's reserve fund of IDR 9.42 billion. 

Meanwhile, IDR 122.56 billion was distributed as cash dividends from the Company's net profit for the financial year ending December 31, 2021.
