Career - Account Manager Enterprise

Region: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Looking for new customers (accounts) and following up on the needs of existing customers.
  • Become a point of contact with customers to help with business needs.
  • Conducting meetings with customers, identifying opportunities and closing sales, and collaborating with internal teams on the customer side.
  • Preparing Sales Quotations, Contracts, Reports and serving Customer Feedback.
  • Preparing solutions to solve customer problems by investigating problems, offering solutions
  • Menghasilkan sales revenue baru, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, dan memaksimalkan penetrasi untuk memastikan ROI dapat tercapai.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must process at least Bachelor's Degree from any major
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Telecommunication / Internet Service Provider company
  • Have a willingness to work hard and a high effort to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian
  • Able to make presentations with corporate clients
  • Required skills : Sales Strategy, Negotiation, Leadership & Persuasive Communication
