Career - Supervisor FTTx Operation

Region: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • As Leader of All FTTx Operation East Area team
  • Manage team and coordination with another department needed to make cluster or customer Ready For Service
  • Ensure that all NOC or CC tickets that can be handled are in accordance with the specified SLA
  • Can solve internal or external problems related to the team
  • Create daily report activity and troubleshooting. Report to Manager
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Engineering ( Telecomunication / Informatics Engineering ) or Equivalent
  • Having more than 2 years working experience as project or operation & maintenance Coordinator/Supervisor in Telecomunication, Broadband Network or ISP Companies
  • Having good understanding and knowledge of Telecomunication technology, solution, product, installation, application, configuration and tools monitoring
  • Having good knowledge and experience in FTTx ( OLT, ODB/FDT, FAT, ONT )
  • Ability to work with under pressure, strong administration, personality and communication with team, good monitoring, strong controlling, hardworker and directing capabilities
  • Experience in electrical engineering is a plus
