Career - FIELD OPERATION

Region: Bali
Responsibilities:
  • Perform network troubleshooting FTTx and make improvements plan to maintain network performance and network availability as well
  • Troubleshoot on NOC Ticket, Residential & Corporate Complaint Ticket
  • Ensure TT handling process can run quickly and according to SLA target.
  • Create daily report activity and troubleshooting. Report to Supervisor
  • Coordinate and cooperate well between FTTx teams for work handover process to next teams
Requirements:
  • Education D3/ S1 Department Telecommunication / Electrical / informatics / electric.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in FTTx / telecommunication (Fresh Graduate are welcome).
  • Have knowledge about FTTx Network ( OLT, FDT, FAT, ONT,radio wirelles, acces point & Switch )
  • Able to operate FTTx Tools ( OTDR, Splicer, OPM, OLS, Light source, OVI etc )
  • Have SIM A or SIM C
  • Have a vehicle (motorcycle)
  • Able to work in team, pressure, fast and energic
