Responsibilities:
  • Perform network troubleshooting MCP/ FTTx and make improvements plan to maintain network performance and network availability as well
  • Troubleshoot on NOC Ticket, Residential & Corporate Complaint Ticket
  • Ensure TT handling process can run quickly and according to SLA target.
  • Create daily report activity and troubleshooting. Report to Supervisor
  • Coordinate and cooperate well between FTTx / MCP teams for work handover process to next teams
Requirements:
  • Education STM / D3 Department Telecommunication / Electrical / informatics / electric.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in FTTx / telecommunication (Fresh Graduate are welcome).
  • Have knowledge about FTTx Network
  • Able to operate FTTx Tools ( OTDR, Splicer, OPM, OLS, Light source, OVI etc )
  • Have SIM C or SIM A
  • Have a vehicle (motor)
  • Able to work in pressure, fast and energic
