Career - FTTX Operations Technicial

Responsibilities:
  • Perform network troubleshooting fttx and make improvement plan to maintain network performance and network availability as well
  • Troubleshoot on NOC ticket, Residential and corporate complain tickets
  • Coordinate and cooperate well between for work handover process to next team
  • Create daily report activities and troubleshooting report to supervisor
Requirements:
  • Minimum Education STM / D3 Department Telecommunication / Electrical / Informatics
  • Miinimum 1 year experience in FTTX ( fresh graduate are welcome )
  • Having knowledge about FTTX topology
  • Hard worker and dedicate to jobs
  • Having driving licence (A/C) and own motorcyles
